Take part in the fourth EFCCE Conference in Berlin!
As we recover from the worst of the current economic recession, the EFCCE believes this to be an ideal time to explore the opportunities for revaluating how the communications industry is perceived by an outside audience.
In particular the Foundation is keen to explore how the student population assesses the communications industry as a possible career option and in turn how agencies can do more to recruit and retain the best graduates from universities and colleges across Europe.
Under the title “Magic or mayhem? What does a career in advertising really offer?” advertising practitioners, academics and students will discuss what the advertising industry can do to make itself more attractive to potential recruits and the blend of opportunities a career in advertising offers. The conference will be held on May 7th in Berlin at the design akademie.
The European Foundation for Commercial Communications Education is now entering its fourth year of existence and has over the years strengthened its role as an interface between agencies and academia throughout Europe, with 36 academic members from 15 European countries now actively supporting the Foundation.
The annual conference aims to help academia adjust to industry trends and facilitate industry's access to topical research papers. The conference will be of interest to academics, researchers, marketing communications professionals and students.
